Inspection Services

Residential Home Inspections

Standard inspection of the entire property including roof, foundation, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. A great resource especially when combined with sellers disclosures and pest inspections.

Four Point Inspections

4-point inspections are often required by a home owner’s insurance policy. A 4-point inspection covers roof, foundation, plumbing and electrical. The 4-points inspection is most commonly required for mobile home purchases.

11 Month Warranty Inspections

For new homes coming up on the expiration of a one-year home warranty. This inspection includes all major components covered by the home warranty to ensure no glaring defects or malfunctions have occurred prior to the warranty period expiring.

Mold Testing

A mold inspection is unnecessary if you have already spotted mold in your home. For some it can be beneficial to identify mold species due to severe allergies but for most it’s just a matter of remediation. Our mold testing is beneficial to homeowners who suspect mold might be present because of moisture damage or other factors but have not visually confirmed the presence of mold. Our mold tests are sent to a lab for identification and detailed reports are then sent directly to you and your agent. All of our mold tests include an air quality test.

Radon Testing

Radon is a cancer causing radioactive gas that is found everywhere in the United States. Radon is easy to test for and simple to mitigate. In fact, mitigation can benefit your home in multiple ways, decreasing other soil gases, reducing moisture in your crawl space and making your home more energy efficient. In 48 hours our high-tech continuous radon monitor will get you an accurate, detailed report of radon levels in your home. The EPA recommends all homes should be tested for radon when buying or selling. For more information on radon click this link: https://www.epa.gov/radon

Sewer Scope Inspections

Replacing a sewer line can be one of the most costly things to repair in a home. A sewer scope can help identify serious issues with sewer and septic lines. Sewer scopes are typically recommended for homes over 20 years old, but there are many other factors to consider when it comes to a sewer line inspection. Hazards such as tree roots, defective materials, and improper installation are all deficiencies that can be identified with our state-of-the-art sewer camera.
